My boutique tutus are hand made with yards and yards of USA MADE tulle, which is also fire retardant and an elastic waistband. With elastic waists will insure they will last a LONG time!
Tutus are perfect for any occasion! Do you need one for a birthday, photos, dance, holidays, weddings or just every day wear. Don't forget that you can add different embellishments! Ribbon, rhinestones, glimmer, buttons, or pom poms. *Please note: flowers and other embellishments may vary depending on stock and availability.
Waist measurements are as follows:
Newborn- 14 inches
6-24 months- 16 inches
2T-4T- 20 inches + $2.00
